Returns & Refunds Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Please contact support@puresoulwear.store before sending a return.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your order, contact us with your order number and supporting photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
